-Mess of a Week-

I draw the poison out

With reflection

And tears.

Curling up in a ball

Of brightly colored pajamas

And bedding.

Clothes strewn about the room,

Shoes piled against the wall,

Dishes in the sink.

I make no move

To clean 

My mess of a week.
