-The Human Experience-
Drifting
Outside my body
Sitting in the hollow
of my own head.
Watching myself speak
and act and feel.
No longer experiences
of my conscious self.
Yet I am here.
I am present.
I still hear and see
and feel.
I can exist in both truths.
Both here and away.
I am human.
This is my current experience.
Different today then from tomorrow.
And such is life.
