-Grown Up-
I'm putting off growing up.
Because, in reality, who isn't?
None of us want to age
Or get wise.
We want to stay young and dumb
And just live.
I'm still on the edge of living an adult life
And throwing caution to the wind.
But my foot is inching toward adulthood.
Theres only so many feet left before I'm
Grown up.
