-Racing My Mind To The Answer-
I'm out of breath
Trying to keep up
With my own thoughts.
They run away
Without me.
What is our mind?
My psychology book tries
And tries to answer that question.
What is performance?
This packets on theater and writing
Offers no insight.
What effect does voice have?
No amount of listening to the radio,
In class or otherwise,
Can give truth.
But I'll keep on
Keeping on.
Keeping pace with my thoughts
